– Developing and administering HR policies and procedures that ensure a fun, productive, and rewarding work environment
– Administer and analyze compensation programs; ensure the proper utilization of the performance evaluation program.
– Support the development and recruitment of competency and human resources in the organization
– Maintain organized and comprehensive department records and reports.
Qualifications/Experience
– Graduate from an accredited University preferably with a professional HR qualification.
– At least 8 years of HR Generalist experience of which 3 are in a managerial role.
– Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language is advantage.
– Experience with HRMS.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform independently.
– Previous experience within a multinational is preferred.
